From the first time of calling the property and speaking with Kierra (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) she was professional, patient, and a wealth of information. She made my decision to call the Reserve @ Stone Hollow home. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Tasha. No words Tasha was wonderful and professional. She went above and beyond to get me and my family moved in a timely manner and always had time to answer any questions I had. Great customer service is hard to find lately, so I am grateful I had the opportunity to cross paths with wonderful people. Thank you guys for making my move in hassle free.

I just move here and management such as Kira have answered any questions or concerns I’ve had and don’t make me feel rush or like I’m annoying them . Maintenance thoroughly explains everything and if they’re running behind on the maintenance order, they communicated that with me and fix everything in a timely manner. All in all so far, everyone here has been a pleasure to speak too

I've reside at stone hollow for 10 long years.. I've witnessed the highs and lows in the revolving door with management. For these past few months; I believe we're moving in the right direction with our management and maintenance team Ms. Lynn and Ms. Kiera have been very effective with concerns of residents and property appearance... It's been some years since we had some solid consistency around here.. Thank you ladies and gents🥂

This is a great complex. I truly recommend moving over here. They have a great maintenance team. This a great community♥️

Byron, one of the Maintenance Staff members is an excellent asset to the RSH property management team. He is professional, very pleasant and exemplify great work ethics. One strength I must call out is conflict management by way of setting customer expectations up front. He explains upfront what his work order / service entails, expected results, and next steps. I applaud his work acumen and it is a pleasure working with him.

I was one of the first residents to move into The Reserve when it opened. Third Floor that backed up to nothing but woods. Valet garbage pickup... Beautiful pool area. They did close the workout room due to the TVS being stolen .. sigh..I loved my experience. It has grown tremendously in the area around there since then, but other then petty crime it's a great area.

Jie Johnson the maintenance technician has be Heaven sent he is a great new edition to the property fast and efficient on all my maintenance needs and he is always diligenty picking up grounds which has improved tremendously since his arrival.

I'm not even moved in yet and I am super excited that I will be calling this place home VERY SOON!! The office staff have been incredibly helpful and patient with my thousands of question I have per day, lol. Victoria has been nothing short of amazing, as well as Morgan, Frank and the first person to give me a tour Mr. Josh, super excited once again to move in, and call this place home. Come on neighbor, what are you waiting for!!

Crystal Cody is an amazing Property Manager. Customer service was above and beyond satisfactory. She personally helped me through my whole move in process with continually giving updates.

An absolute wonderful experience here!!!! There wasn't one thing that i needed that she couldn't or didn't help me with! Absolutely AMAZING!
